Update: The owners, Skip and Nancy, reached out and rectified the situation fully, and to my complete satisfaction! Updated my review from 1 star to 5. I never, ever leave negative reviews (I just don’t go back) but this one was very necessary. Loved the front desk staff! Juanita, however, was so rude and short. This was our first time there. Heard Ben and David are excellent! Will be scheduling my son with one of them next time. Will not use Juanita again, and I do not recommend her. Clearly a miserable human being.

He really takes the time to understand what works for you and somehow makes it even better than you imagined. I’m honestly so grateful to have someone I trust this much with my hair. And beyond the haircut, the experience is just the best. Every time I sit in his chair we laugh the whole time. He gets me, and it is honestly so refreshing. It never feels transactional. It feels like catching up with someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and the people they work with. Today he cut my hair and I went straight to work… and everyone was gushing about it.
